Delivery Information

Dependant on weight and volume, deliveries are made using Royal Mail or courier.  Deliveries can only be made to destinations in the United Kingdom and Europe*.

Stockwells Health undertakes all best endeavours to ensure that your order is dispatched within 24 hours from order placement (excludes weekends – week days only).

Please allow between 1 to 5 working days for delivery in the UK and up to 7 working days in Europe*.

Deliveries are subject to Royal Mail and courier operations. Pricing is based on postage weight, speed and quality of the courier service.

Returns Policy

Stockwells Health is committed to providing quality products with high standards of customer services.

Inspection of delivery:
We very strongly recommend on delivery that you thoroughly inspect the product before signing the delivery acceptance slip. If inspection is not possible before signing for the items, e.g. a delivery by courier, please accept the product and inspect the items as soon as possible after signing for them. In the unlikely event of obvious damage occurring in transit and you have not signed for the items, please refuse the delivery, returning the damaged goods with the driver, making a note of the problem on the delivery slip. In either case please report any damages, faults or errors in the order to us immediately and then confirm the information to us in writing. A new product will be ordered for you. You can email or write to us as per the contact details section.

We cannot refund or exchange any items which are signed for, have not have been reported as damaged within three working days and then subsequently reported as damaged after this period. Such damage, which could be seen on a reasonable initial inspection, for example and not exclusively, dented or scratched exterior panels, will not be accepted. This does not relate to any fault or problem found later that could not be seen easily on a reasonable initial inspection. This does not affect your guarantee or statutory rights.

Damaged Items:
Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage. If you feel that your goods have experienced a rough ride during transit and have arrived damaged then please contact Stockwells Health.  Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details. In order to carry out any investigations, please contact us within three working days of receiving your delivery.

Missing Items:
If upon opening your delivery, you find any items missing from your order, please check all packaging; due to the nature of our business some of our products are very small. If you are certain an item is missing then please contact Stockwells Health. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name and contact details. In order for us to locate your missing item, please contact us within three working days of receiving your delivery.

Incorrect Items:
If we have sent you an incorrect item please do not open this as we need to receive it back in the same condition as it was sent. Please contact Stockwells Health and provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details.

Order no longer required:
If you decide within 7 days starting the day after you receive your goods, that you no longer require your order, please contact us for return authorisation.
The item is only eligible for return if it is in the exact condition in which it was delivered. Certain items including medicines, cosmetics cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly.
Please contact Stockwells Health and provide full details including the items you wish to return, your name, order number and contact details.

Please note that we will not refund any packaging cost, delivery charges and Return postage that the buyer would incur whilst returning the unwanted order.



1.1 We respect your privacy. The personal information that you give us is held with care and security. We do not sell, rent or transfer this information to third parties for their marketing purposes unless you agree otherwise. We retain the right to use your data for UNV Ltd. companies (Stockwells, Turmeric and Honey) for mailing and promotion purposes.

1.2 At the time of your registration you will set a password. Please keep this secret, as you are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are entirely responsible for all orders placed with us or information given to us under your e-mail address in combination with your password. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your e-mail address and/or password or any breach of security known to you.

1.3 You must ensure that the personal information you provide when registering is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. We cannot be held responsible if the email address you provide is incorrect. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information by updating your account details on this Website.

1.4 Stockwells Health may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
